Grand Opening Date Set for McBride’s Long Awaited Maryland Heights Community
Maryland Heights, MO (Apr 21, 2017)
McBride & Son Homes will soon be opening their new 34 acre community located at the Northwest corner of the Page Extension and I-270. This community has brought an immense amount of excitement, and is predicted to sell extremely fast.
The Grand Opening for Maryland Oaks is officially set for May 20th. Buyers will have the opportunity for sales at this time, with details on Grand Opening specials to come at a later date. Maryland Oaks is currently open for more information on the community.
The plan for Maryland Oaks is unique and dynamic. McBride & Son Homes will build 77 single-family homes and 25 attached neo traditional row homes in this vast community.
The Manors at Maryland Oaks features 8 homes from their Bayside series, many available with a 3 car garage. McBride’s single family homes in the community offer several two-story, ranch and story-and-a-half plans in the community in all sorts of sizes to fit specific needs.
The Commons at Maryland Oaks feature McBride’s row homes where the Georgetown plan and Providence plan are available from the Heritage series. McBride’s row homes are also very popular. These attached homes have a street scape reminiscent of city living with full brick fronts and rear-entry garages which makes for unbroken green spaces to the curb.
Amenities within the community will include an impressive entry monument, walking trail with benches, sidewalks throughout, and a lake with fountain. The design also accounts for nearly 10 acres of open space in the community. That’s 29% of the overall project area. Maryland Oaks is located in the prestigious Parkway School District.
“The community is designed so there is no through traffic and heavily landscaped buffers between villages,” stated John F. Eilermann Jr. CEO and Chairman of the Board at McBride & Son Homes. “One of the things that make it such an exceptional development is the variety of housing that meets the needs of people in differing stages of life.”
