McBride’s new community, Celtic Meadows, will include 68 single family homes. The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes Oakwood Series of floorplans featuring ranch, story-and-a-half, and two-story homes. 

All Celtic Meadow homes will include a three car garage! Plus we have several market homes estimated to be ready by early 2023!

There is a lot of pent-up demand in the area for new homes and McBride is thrilled to work closely with the City of Manchester to create a beautiful neighborhood in this prime West County location. 

Location & Amenities
The 21-acre property, located near the intersection of Highway 141 and Manchester Road, was the former site of John F. Kennedy Catholic High School and most recently a campus extension for Fontbonne University. 

The site will also feature common ground, a gazebo and pedestrian trail, and civic lawn area for neighborhood gatherings. This neighborhood is in the Parkway school district. Currently assigned schools are Pierremont Elementary, South Middle, and West High School.
