McBride Homes is partnering with Equity Homes to bring a special project to the Wellston area, bringing affordable new homes to the city of Saint Louis. This new community offers new homes to low to moderate income individuals and families. Eskridge Estates will be located on the site of the former Eskridge High School in Wellston Missouri.
