McBride’s New Community in Foristell Set to Open New Homesites in November

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently unveiled its newest community in Foristell to rave reviews. Since the grand opening in late August, Liberty has sold 25 homes and shows no signs of slowing down.

And now, due to the pent-up demand in Foristell, McBride is set to open its next phase of homesites on Saturday, November 20th. 

“The interest in Liberty has been phenomenal,” said John F. Eilermann, Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “Buyers are excited to see new and modern housing in the area and we are thrilled to build a beautiful neighborhood in this prime location off Highway T. This truly is a destination community and we’re excited to offer some fun amenities that the neighbors will enjoy.”

Located just off I-70 and Highway T, Liberty will have a total of 214 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes. Onsite amenities will include a private walking trail with lake and gazebo and acres of beautiful common ground.

This private neighborhood also offers something for everyone, featuring two different villages of single family homes to enable a wider selection of floor plans and types of homes.

The Manors at Liberty features the Bayside series homes with 7 different plans to choose from. Pricing ranges from the $230’s to over $300,000. 

The Estates at Liberty offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $270’s to over $350,000.
