We can give estimates and ranges per your community during your first design consultation appointment, but you get to choose your investment level on your new dream home!

We know that you are excited about the many personal selections you are about to make, and so are we! First you will hear from our Design Coordinator who will schedule your appointments at the Studio.  Next you will meet with your Design Consultant, a highly trained and knowledgeable professional, who will be there with you each step of the way to answer questions and assist you with all of your needs... making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. 

After your first design consultation appointment, you will be able to share and discuss your personal selections from the Design Studio with your friends and family. Send them photos and detailed information of the trusted brands we partner with to share in the excitement of your new dream home! 

We have found it best to limit participants so the Design Appointments are for contracted buyers only. At the Design Consultation Appointment and the Final Design Studio Appointment, it is necessary for your Design Consultant to review many details with you, and for you to concentrate on the final selections you will be making and that YOU will be living with everyday.
