At McBride Homes, we realize the importance of the St. Louis real estate agent community. We love working with our real estate partners and value the relationship! We want to make the process of finding new homes for sale easy and stress-free.

We pay brokers/agents for their referral pursuant to the current terms in the Cooperating Agent Registration Form.

To participate in our real estate agent referral program, agents need to formally register a buyer prior to the buyer's first contact with McBride Homes.

To begin the process of registering the buyer, you will need to fill out the McBride Homes' Cooperating Agent Registration Form via DocuSign. The process of registering the buyer concludes upon the signing and submittal of this cooperating agent registration form. Only one form per homeowner is needed and is applicable at all new McBride home communities.

Cooperating Agent Registration Forms are valid for 90 days or sooner if an updated Cooperating Agent Registration Form is required. All real estate agent/buyer relationships must be re-registered upon expiration, or the existing Cooperating Agent Registration Form will become invalid.

You must pre-register the buyer prior to their first contact with McBride Homes.

McBride Homes will only pay the referral fee if the broker or agent is the procuring reason for the purchase of the residence. Also, the buyer cannot have had any contact with any McBride representative or community prior to this registration.

In the event the same buyer is registered by multiple real estate agents, only the first registration will be honored.

Both broker and agent must be licensed, active, and registered in the state of Missouri.

The buyer must close on the purchase of the residence in accordance with the contract. If the purchase does not close for any reason, then McBride Homes will not pay any referral fee.

We only allow contracted buyers in the Design Studio. No extra guests or realtors are allowed. Also please note that for the comfort and safety of all our Design Studio guests, we do not allow children inside our Design Studio at any time.

We will guide the buyer through our all-inclusive sales process from the very first visit through closing day.

The sales and closing process, including payments, closing, and all other matters related to the buyer's new McBride home will be managed and handled by a McBride sales professional or representative, answering any questions the buyer may have along the way.

McBride Homes also provides an easy closing process for the buyer.

Our quick build time and move in ready homes lend to a faster quick payment to our agent partners. Also all commissions are paid at closing and with funding of the transaction.
