The Ashford floor plan is tremendously awesome... especially since this is planned to be our growing family’s home. The flow and feel of the home is warm, welcoming with a GREAT flow pattern. As mentioned before, we have had an AWESOME experience with the McBride folks that we dealt with right from the beginning. Sarah was the initial person I spoke with on the first phone call I made when we found the new Community. She was WONDERFUL. She was great to work with as she was caring, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and a huge advocate and imperative person in our success in getting the homesite we wanted. As I mentioned before... We always felt that everyone had our backs through this process and they were all professional, caring, effective and just overall awesomely great people.

I work in a customer service call center environment, so when I see good customer service I like to leave my review and point them out for something good! Our overall experience with McBride has been great. My 2 month service was better. The team was very helpful with our 2 month service. They listened and took notes in regards to our concerns and ensured us those items will be corrected. And they were. McBride just had real good communication and knowledge. Great overall customer service!

In the middle of a pandemic, you could expect many things, and we expected and prepared for some delays. Chris met with us within an hour of us expressing interest and answered so very many questions with extreme patience. Todd and Greg were so very helpful. We received top of the line service from both of them as well as the rest of the company throughout the entire process. And we closed on the house on the exact day Todd stated as a target date when we first met him. Greg went above and beyond explaining the home's features and processes, how to fix things, and additionally explaining the entire sod process. Even better, it was all taught to us in a way we understood completely. Never once did we feel treated like a paycheck. Rather we felt like part of their family. This company and their employees are so wonderful. I would recommend to anyone searching for their new home.

We just finished the process of building and closing on our new house and it has been such a great experience! Everyone has been so helpful along the way and our dream house turned out just as we expected. Greg took us through the house and was very knowledgeable and helped us out with all of our questions that we had. He also gave us lots of great, honest advice. I closed a few days ago and have been loving every minute of being in my new home. The house is beautiful and the builder did a great job addressing my concerns throughout the process. Priscilla provided great service from start to finish - she was very responsive and always ensured that I was abreast of the progress of my home. Kyle provided an excellent pre and final walk, where he did a great job explaining the components of the home from top to bottom. Very satisfied with my purchase and the experience.
