Grand Opening set for February 19th at new McBride Homes community in Pacific

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to celebrate the grand opening of its newest community in Pacific, The Villages at West Lake, this Saturday, February 19th. 

The property is located off Highway N, just south of I-44.

McBride is purchasing the 56 fully developed single family home lots from the local home builder, Flower & Fendler. 

McBride plans to offer 13 various floorplans, including ranch, 1.5 story, and two story homes. 

The Villages at West Lake boasts some incredible amenities for its residents, including a pool and cabana onsite for exclusive use of its residents. The community also features wooded common ground and oversized homesites, including many three car garage options.
