McBride Homes Holds Biggest Promotion of the Year for Black Friday

Traditionally, the day after Thanksgiving has been the biggest day of the year for retailers. With the holiday hustle and bustle, many consumers flood the stores with their holiday shopping lists for the infamous Black Friday sales.

And normally this is when the real estate season might slow a bit, but this year has been anything but typical. 

With the area’s strong demand for housing and low inventory in the St. Louis real estate market, McBride Homes is planning their own Black Friday promotion to keep the momentum going. They’ve even named it “Blue Friday”.

“This year we’ve decided to launch our Blue Friday Sale on November 1^st instead of waiting for the week of Thanksgiving,” said John F. Eilermann, CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “There is still such a high demand for housing in the metro area and we want to give buyers the entire month to get what they really want from their holiday wishlist.”

For the Blue Friday sales event, buyers in the month of November will receive save $2,000 up to $10,000 off the base price of their new to-be-built home.

Home buyers will also save up to $22,500 at select communities across town with the Blue Friday special savings. 

And finally, buyers purchasing a new McBride home during the Blue Friday sales event will receive a $5,000 Amazon gift card, given at closing.

The Blue Friday triple savings is available on to-be-built homes only.

McBride Homes also has fantastic deals on their quick move inventory homes. Over 20 homes will offer all new value-pricing, and many of them can close by the end of the year.
