McBride Homes under contract to purchase 56 developed homesites in Pacific

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is under contract and set to close on 56 homesites in Pacific at The Villages at West Lake. 

The property is located off Highway N, just south of I-44.

The Villages at West Lake is set to open for sales on February 19th, but McBride will open for information on February 1st so prospects can learn about available floorplans and homesites. 

“We are excited to bring another new home community to Pacific,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “We just recently opened The Manors at Brush Creek, and now we’re thrilled to offer additional homesites just a few miles down the road at The Villages at West Lake.”

McBride is purchasing the 56 fully developed single family home lots from the local home builder, Flower & Fendler. 

McBride plans to offer 13 various floorplans, including ranch, 1.5 story, and two story homes. 

The Villages at West Lake boasts some incredible amenities for its residents, including a pool and cabana onsite for exclusive use of its residents. The community also features wooded common ground and oversized homesites, including many three car garage options.
