McBride’s New Community in Foristell Off to a Booming Start

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently unveiled its newest community in Foristell to rave reviews. Since the grand opening just over a month ago, Liberty has sold 21 homes and only 8 homesites remain in Phase 1.

The Manors at Liberty features the Bayside series homes with 7 different plans to choose from. Pricing ranges from the $230’s to over $300,000. 

The Estates at Liberty offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $270’s to over $350,000.
