New Wentzville master planned community set to open for information on Wednesday, May 1st

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open for information at its newest Wentzville community, Wilmer Crossing on Wednesday, May 1st.

Located off Wilmer Road just south of Wentzville Parkway, Wilmer Crossing will have a total of 173 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes. This incredible community will feature 63 homesites in Phase 1, bringing new and modern housing to the Wentzville Area.

Amenities will include a community playground, pickleball court, and pavilion with BBQ pits and picnic tables.

McBride will be offering three villages of single family homes at Wilmer Crossing, with pricing starting in the $280’s during the grand opening. On Saturday, May 25^th when McBride opens for sales, buyers will save $10,000 off the base price for that one day only.

Wilmer Crossing Manors will feature the Bayside series with 7 different plans to choose from including ranch and two story homes from the $280s. 

Wilmer Crossing Estates will offer move-up single-family homes with slightly larger homesites. McBride’s Oakwood series features 6 various floorplans including ranch, 1.5 story, and two story models. Some models include a three car garage. Pricing will start from the $320's.

Wilmer Crossing Enclave will also feature McBride’s Oakwood series, but these homes will sit on the largest lots within Wilmer Crossing and all models will include a three car garage. Pricing will start from the $360’s to over $500,000.

The community is less that 2 minutes from I-70, Highway 40/61 and Highway N, and is located in the Wentzville School District. It’s also a short drive from Wentzville Parkway with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and daily conveniences.
