Phase 2 Set to Open at McBride Homes’ community at Celtic Meadows in Manchester
March 8, 2022
McBride Homes’ newest Manchester community, Celtic Meadows, has found tremendous success since its grand opening in January.
Due to the pent-up demand and quick sales of the homesites, McBride is set to open phase 2 at Celtic Meadows on Saturday, March 12th.
The 21-acre property, located near the intersection of Highway 141 and Manchester Road, was the former site of John F. Kennedy Catholic High School and most recently a campus extension for Fontbonne University.
“We are excited to open up phase 2 of this incredible new community in the City of Manchester ahead of schedule and bring additional new homes to the Parkway School District,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “As you can see, there is a lot of pent-up demand in the area for new homes and we are thrilled to open up phase 2 on March 12thto meet that demand.”
The community will consist of 68 single family homes. The neighborhood will also feature McBride Homes “Oakwood Series” of floorplans featuring ranch, story-and-a-half, and two-story homes.
All homes will include a three car garage and pricing will begin from the $540’s.
“The homesites are located on quiet circle street offering a private and serene setting,” said Eilermann. “With this location off Highway 141 and the incredible value of premier West County living from the $540’s, the final phase is sure to sell quickly.”
Celtic Meadows, located off Burgundy Road, is just minutes from Highway 141, Hwy 40, I-270 and Manchester Road, plus it’s located in the AAA-rated Parkway School District.
“One of our main goals in this project is to support existing Manchester retail, the Parkway School District, private schools and churches, and local franchises,” stated Eilermann. “This is one of the most coveted pieces of land in West County and we are excited to sell out in record time.”
To visit the community sales center onsite, take Highway 141 to east on Burgundy Lane to immediate right on Woods Mill Road.
