New Wentzville Master Planned Community Set to Open on Saturday, June 5th

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest Wentzville community on Saturday, June 5th so buyers can learn about upcoming floorplans and homesites.

Located off West Meyer Road and Wentzville Parkway, Prairie Wind will have a total of 216 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes. This incredible community will feature 95 homesites in Phase 1, bringing new and modern housing to the Wentzville Area.

Development of the site is currently underway. McBride plans to open for information on June 5th, will start helping prospective buyers price out new homes on June 12th, and begin sales on June 26th.
