Grand Opening set for Phase 2 at Charlestowne Landing off New Town Boulevard

McBride Homes’ fast-selling community in the St. Charles area, Charlestowne Landing, has been breaking records since its grand opening in November 2020. With 97 homes sold in just a few short months, the long-awaited Phase 2 is now set to open on Saturday, July 31st.
