Grand Opening for New Fenton Area Community Set for Saturday, September 25th

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest Fenton area community on Saturday, September 25thbut the sales office is now open for information so buyers can learn about upcoming floorplans and homesites.

Located off Highway 141 and 13th Street, Fox Creek will have a total of 66 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes.

Fox Creek is within minutes of Gravois Bluffs shopping district with varioius stores and restaurants. The community is also minutes from I-44, I-270, Gravois Road, and Tesson Ferry Road. It’s an incredible location if you’re looking to find a new home within the Fox School District.

The Manors at Fox Creek features the Bayside series homes with 7 different plans to choose from. Pricing is from the $290’s. There are only 6 Bayside homesites available, so be sure to inquire soon.

The Estates at Fox Creek offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $320’s to over $400,000. 

Development of the site is currently underway. McBride plans to open for information on September 4th, will start helping prospective buyers price out new homes on September 11th, and begin sales on September 25th.
