McBride Homes Celebrates 75 Years with an Extra $7,500 Off

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest homebuilder, is proud to announce the celebration of their 75th anniversary. Founded in 1946 by Joseph C. McBride, the company was established in North County to provide affordable housing to returning soldiers after World War II. The homebuilder steadily grew throughout the following decades.

Now, 75 years later, McBride Homes is the largest builder in the state of Missouri and has been the leading builder in the St. Louis metro area for the past 25 years. 

“You don’t thrive in business for 75 years by becoming antiquated and old, but quite the opposite – by staying on the forefront of design and innovation, and always trying to excel in customer service and satisfaction, as McBride has always tried to do,” said John F. Eilermann, CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. 

To celebrate their 75th anniversary, McBride is offering something special for their home buyers in the month of October.

“When you purchase a new home now through October 15th, you will receive an additional $7,500 off the base price as part of our 75th anniversary celebration,” said Eilermann. “This is in addition to our $2,000 to $10,000 October savings, so it’s definitely the biggest sale we’ve had all year.”

McBride Homes currently has over 30 communities in the St. Louis metro area, giving every homebuyer ample product lines, price-points and community layouts to choose from. McBride Homes also has neighborhoods in every part of town including St. Louis County, St. Louis City, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and Washington Missouri.

This 10,000 square foot showroom, located in Chesterfield Valley, currently features more than twelve full size kitchen and bathroom displays, plus selection galleries for flooring, cabinets, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and a large exterior gallery. 

“We’ve attained a higher caliber of personalization in the home buying process, while simultaneously moving our company forward with innovative designs and a stress-free, customer-focused process,” said Eilermann. “We’ve really been able to create a world-class buying experience for our customers through our Design Studio.”

The 75th Anniversary Sale-A-Bration is available through October 15th. McBride sales centers and displays are open 11am to 6pm Sunday, Monday, and Friday, and 10am to 6pm Saturday, and Tuesday through Thursday.
