McBride Homes 75th Anniversary Sale-A-Bration extended through October 31st

Due to the huge success of their 75th Anniversary Sale-A-Bration, McBride Homes is proud to announce the extension of the monumental sale now through October 31st . 

“We wanted to celebrate our 75th anniversary with the biggest sale of the year and the interest has been tremendous,” said John F. Eilermann, CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “We are now thrilled to offer the extra $7,500 in savings to home buyers through the end of the month.”

When home buyers purchase a new home now through October 31st, they will receive an additional $7,500 off the base price as part of McBride’s 75th anniversary celebration. This is in addition to the $2,000 to $10,000 October savings.

“We’ve built over 35,000 homes across the metro area over the past 75 years,” stated Eilermann. “We are excited to celebrate with St. Louis by offering $2,000 to $10,000 off the base price, plus the $7,500 buyer bonus. This inventive, along with historically low interest rates, will give our buyers more purchase power than ever towards their dream home.”

Founded in 1946 by Joseph C. McBride, the company was established in North County to provide affordable housing to returning soldiers after World War II. The homebuilder steadily grew throughout the following decades.

Now, 75 years later, McBride Homes is the largest builder in the state of Missouri and has been the leading builder in the St. Louis metro area for the past 25 years.

The extended 75th Anniversary Sale-A-Bration is available through October 31st. McBride sales centers and displays are open 11am to 6pm Sunday, Monday, and Friday, and 10am to 6pm Saturday, and Tuesday through Thursday.
