72 Homes Sold at Lexington Since January 1st

Due to pent up demand in the Wentzville area, McBride opened their newest phase of homesites at The Villages at Lexington over the summer. Now the community has seen an incredible 72 homes sold since January 1st, making this community one of the most popular new home destinations in Wentzville.

The Villages at Lexington is located off Highway 61 and Peine Road, just off Granville Road.

The newest phase recently unveiled 57 homesites from McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series. There are wooded lots available as well as several cul-de-sac homesites. 

The Manors village offers McBride’s Bayside series single family homes. With pricing from the $250’s to $300’s, there are seven total floor plans available with ranch and two story models.

The Oaks village offers move up single family homes from the $290’s to the $400’s. This village will offer McBride’s Oakwood Series with 6 various floorplans, including some that include a three car garage. 

This single family home neighborhood is located off Peine Road just off Granville and is in the award winning Wentzville School District with students attending Heritage Elementary School, Wentzville Middle School, and Holt High School.
