Missouri’s largest homebuilder, McBride Homes, has recently acquired additional homesites in the highly sought-after Eureka community, Windswept Farms.
McBride’s new village, The Estates at Windswept Farms, is set to open for sales on Monday, July 1st.
“We are thrilled to be back at a top destination for new home construction in Eureka,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes. “You don’t often have communities like this, and the demand for oversized homesites in Eureka is tremendous, so we’re thrilled to be back at Windswept Farms.”
Located at Highway 109 and Highway W, this community offers an outstanding location with incredible value, making this neighborhood hard to beat.
Pricing for The Estates at Windswept Farms starts in the $360’s. There are 6 models available from McBride’s Oakwood Series of floor plans, including some that offer a three car garage.
Windswept Farms also offers some of the best onsite amenities in the area, including a community barn-style pavilion, community gardens, acres of common ground, and Rockwood schools. Plus, Windswept Farms is in Jefferson County which means lower taxes and more home affordability.
McBride Home’s Windswept Farm community also offers USDA financing. Home loans are available with incredibly low mortgage insurance and a fixed 30 year interest rate. Customers could automatically save hundreds of dollars every month with their new home purchase upon qualifying.
McBride will open for sales on Monday, July 1st out of their Polo Grounds community off Highway FF, just down the road from Windswept Farms.
