McBride Acquires 103 Lots at Boulevard at Wilmer Valley in Wentzville

Missouri’s largest homebuilder, McBride Homes, has recently acquired homesites in the highly sought-after Wentzville community, Boulevard at Wilmer Valley, and is set to start sales immediately.

Located off Wilmer Road just south of Wentzville Parkway, McBride purchased 103 fully developed single-family home lots from the former local home developer, Payne Family Homes. This master planned community is currently a joint venture between Fischer Homes and Lombardo Homes.

“We are excited to acquire additional homesites off Wilmer Road,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes. “We are getting ready to open our display homes at Wilmer Crossing just down the road, so these additional homesites will be a great addition to our land position in Wentzville.” 

McBride Homes will offer 13 various floorplans to cater to a mixture of lifestyles, including ranch, 1.5 story, and two-story homes. Pricing at The Boulevard at Wilmer Valley starts from the $280’s.

“Since development has already begun on the site, we are excited to announce that construction of the homes will start immediately,” said Eilermann. “Also, with the purchase of 103 homesites, McBride will be selling 57 lots as part of Phase 1, but we expect these to sell quickly with the current pent-up demand in the area.”
