McBride Homes under contract for new community in South County off Union Road

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is under contract on a tract of land off Union Road in the heart of South County

The property is located off Forest Dale Drive and Union Road.

The proposal for McBride’s new community, Lions Valley, includes 14 single family homes on a private cul-de-sac street.

The community is set to open in late April 2020.

The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Bayside Series” featuring 7 various ranch and two-story floorplans.
