Bear Ridge in Jefferson County Boasts 26 Sales in the Past 6 Months

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, opened its newest master planned community in House Springs in late February and is already the talk of the town. 

Since its opening, Bear Ridge has sold 26 home due to the pent up demand in the Jefferson County area.
