McBride Homes’ Wentzville community, Prairie Wind, is in its final phase of building with only select homesites remaining.

Only 1 to-be-built homesite remains in addition to 1 remaining market home under construction for a quicker move in. The two-story Sequoia market home is estimated to be ready in May with pricing at $467,781.
