Final Villa Homesites Now Selling at The Arbors of Rockwood in Eureka
September 24, 2021
Eureka’s thriving master planned community, The Arbors of Rockwood, has easily taken the reputation of being one of the most sought-after new neighborhoods in St. Louis County. There are plenty of good reasons for the overwhelming interest, including that it’s a community the St. Louis market hasn’t seen in years.
And with the popularity of this Eureka community, McBride is down to a handful of villa homesites in this master planned community.
“We’ve recently sold 27 homesites at The Arbors at Rockwood Landings, the low maintenance villa section of this community,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “Now we’re down to only 8 to-be-built homes and we expect them to sell fast.”
The Arbors of Rockwood Landings features three different villa models including two ranch and one story-and-a-half model, all with the master bedroom on the main floor. These villa homes are priced from the $210’s and offer a low maintenance lifestyle with no exterior maintenance. All remaining homesites for the villas are situated on walkout homesites.
The Arbors of Rockwood contains a total of 528 homesites, with four different villages featuring low maintenance villas, entry level homes, move up single family homes, and three car garage oversized homesites. Pricing ranges from the $210’s to over $500,000.
The Eureka community, located off 5th Street and Workman Road, has been a top destination in St. Louis County in 2021. The Arbors of Rockwood has sold 117 homes total since January 1st.
“The current housing market has left the St. Louis area with low supply of desirable inventory available, but demand is still high,” said Eilermann. “Luckily we’re able to provide a wide array homes at The Arbors of Rockwood with something for everyone.”
This one-of-a-kind community features a 13 acre site for the new Eureka Elementary in the Rockwood School District, plus an astonishing 164 acres of common ground, a fenced in dog park, walking trails, trailhead, picnic areas, a fishable lake, and a public library directly adjacent to the community.
“It’s truly a destination community that everyone wants to be a part of,” said Eilermann. “The gorgeous rolling terrain, common ground, and the number of amenities are unprecedented in Metro St. Louis.”
