McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently announced its biggest savings of the year with their Blue Friday Sale for one day only.

This Friday, November 29th, prospective homebuyers who purchase a quick move market home that can close by December 31st will receive an extra $10,000 off the already discounted homes. Or if buyers purchase a new to-be-built home, they will save an additional $5,000 off the base price.

“Whether they’re looking for a quick-move market home or wanting to build from scratch, these are some of the most incredible deals of the year,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes. “This is in addition to any current sales prices or promotions. Home buyers purchasing a new McBride home during the Blue Friday sales event promotion must use HomeKey Mortgage and Home Title to receive the special incentives.
