Foristell Grand Opening set for Saturday, August 28th at Liberty community

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open a new community in Foristell on Saturday, August 28th.  

Located just off I-70 and Highway T, Liberty will have a total of 214 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes. This incredible community will feature 44 homesites in Phase 1, bringing new and modern housing to the Foristell area.

Liberty is now open daily so buyers can learn about upcoming floorplans and homesites before the grand opening of sales on August 28th. For the grand opening, buyers will receive $10,000 off the base price.

The Manors at Liberty features the Bayside series homes with 7 different plans to choose from. Pricing ranges from the $230’s to over $300,000. 

The Estates at Liberty offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $270’s to over $350,000.
