Four New Displays Set to Open at McBride Homes’ Bear Ridge in House Springs

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is excited to unveil their four new displays home at their House Springs community, Bear Ridge

Located near Gravois Road and Carol Park Road in House Springs, Bear Ridge will have a total of 263 homesites featuring McBride’s Arbor and Bayside Series of homes. 

Bear Ridge offers two villages of single family homes. The Commons features two and three bedroom cottage homes from the $220’s, and The Manors offers 7 various single family home floorplans from the $250’s with up to 2,500 square feet of living space.
