Grand Opening of New Displays at Liberty in Foristell

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is gearing up to celebrate the grand opening of its new display homes at Liberty in Foristell on Saturday, February 4^th.

There will be two professionally decorated displays to tour, a two story Sterling with the extended floorplan and a two story Nottingham with a three car garage and spacious floorplan.

Located just off I-70 and Highway T, Liberty will have a total of 214 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes. Onsite amenities will include a private walking trail with lake and gazebo and acres of beautiful common ground.

The Manors at Liberty features the Bayside series homes with 7 different plans to choose from. Pricing ranges from the $250’s to over $350,000.

The Estates at Liberty offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $290’s to over $450,000. 

Both villages currently offer market homes under various stages of construction for a quicker move in.
