Grand Opening of New Phase set for Saturday, July 9th at Prairie Wind in Wentzville

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest phase at its Wentzville community on Saturday, July 9^th.  

Located off West Meyer Road and Wentzville Parkway, Prairie Wind will have a total of 216 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside and Oakwood Series of homes. 

“This private neighborhood has something for everyone, featuring two different villages of single family homes to enable a wider selection of floor plans and types of homes,” said John F. Eilermann, CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. 

The Manors at Prairie Wind will open 8 additional homesites in this next phase featuring McBride’s Bayside series of homes with 7 different plans to choose from. Pricing ranges from the $280’s to over $400,000. 

The community also offers The Estates at Prairie Wind with move-up single family floorplans on larger homesites. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $320’s to over $500,000.
