Grand Opening of Phase 2 Homesites at McBride’s La Collina on The Hill

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is opening their Phase II homesites for sales at their new development on The Hill, La Collina.

La Collina is celebrating a hugely successful 2020, despite what some may have expected with the current pandemic. Sales have been exceptionally strong, so McBride is opening its new phase of homesites earlier than expected to meet the demand on Friday, January 29th. 

“It’s a busy scene around here,” said Alexis Yancey, new home sales consultant at La Collina. “There’s so much activity going on right now, and it’s fun to see this community come to life for the current and future residents.”

Construction is booming with 18 homes at various stages, including several market homes and builds for new residents. 

“We wanted to maintain the historic ‘city feel’ of the Hill as much as possible. Therefore, we immediately knew that we had to create something special for this area,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “That’s why we designed our brand new Bellisimo series that fits in perfectly with The Hill streetscape.”

La Collina offers a new top-of-the-line single family home product with brick fronts reminiscent of The Hill’s traditional neighborhood streetscape, plus rear entry detached garages with rear entry alley access. 

To celebrate the new phase grand opening, McBride is offering the Avanti two story floorplan from $269,900, a $19,000 discount off the current base price. The Bella Vista three story floorplan will be offered at $319,900, with a $11,000 discount from the current base price. Both of these discounts are limited to to-be-built homes only, and cannot be combined with any other offer. These savings are only available during the grand opening celebration on Friday, January 29th and Saturday, January 30th. 

The Avanti display, a two story 2 bedroom home, is located at the intersection of Hereford Street and Wilson Avenue. This contemporary home offers two bedrooms, two full baths, and open main floor with plenty of space for entertaining. 

McBride also recently opened its brand new three story display home, the Bella Vista. This home offers three bedrooms, three full baths, walk in closets, and a second floor laundry.   

“This model is geared towards growing city-style families that don’t want to uproot from the area,” said Yancey. “We’ve had Hill residents watching the construction of this three story display for months and asking almost daily when it’s going to be complete. We’re excited the day is finally here and we can give tours of this amazing home.”

Displays and sales offices are open daily for tours and for prospects looking to build their dream home.

After buyers purchase at La Collina, they will visit McBride’s national award-winning Design Studio located in the Chesterfield Valley to personalize their dream home, where they will choose their flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and more at the 10,000 square foot facility.
