Grand Opening Set for July in Maryland Heights at Louiselle Park

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to hold the grand opening of its newest community in Maryland Heights on Saturday, July 27th.

Located off Rule Avenue, Louiselle Park will feature a variety of new construction homes from McBride’s Bayside Series and Oakwood Series, including ranch, 1.5 story, and two-story models. The community also will offer oversized homesites with many three car garage selections available. Pricing will start from the $440’s.

For the one day only on July 27th, buyers will save $10,000 off the base price with the grand opening promotion.
