Grand Opening set for new McBride Homes’ community off Wild Horse Creek Road in Chesterfield

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is excited to announce the grand opening of a new community, Tara Ridge, located in Chesterfield.

The 35-acre property, located of Wild Horse Creek Road west of Long Road, will feature luxury single family homes on the former site of Barat Academy.

The community of 35 luxury single family homes will open on October 1st for information and McBride will begin sales on Saturday, October 21st. 

For that one day only, buyers will save $30,000 off the base price.

The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Riverwood Series” of floorplans featuring ranch and story-and-a-half homes. All homes will include a three-car side entry garage.

The community will also feature an onsite pickleball court, butterfly garden, walking trail, community library box, and pavilion.

“The homesites are stunning with many backing to common ground and trees, plus the residents will love the onsite amenities,” said Eilermann. “And with this location off Wild Horse Creek Road and easy convenience to many shops and restaurants, these homes are sure to sell quickly.”

Tara Ridge is just minutes from Highway 40, Highway 109, and Chesterfield Valley, plus it’s located in the AAA-rated Rockwood School District.

To visit the community sales center onsite starting October 1st, McBride will be taking appointments at their Schaeffer’s Grove display home. To visit, take Highway 40 to south on Long Road to right on Wild Horse Creek Road.
