Grand Opening set for September 24th for Imperial New Home Community from the $190’s to $300’s

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest multi-village community in Imperial in the heart of Jefferson County in September.

Located near Seckman Road and Prairie Hollow Road in Imperial, The Timbers will have a total of 159 homesites featuring McBride’s Arbor and Bayside Series of homes.

The information center is now open daily so prospects can discuss the available homesites and floorplans at The Timbers with the New Home Sales Consultant onsite.  

For the grand opening of sales on Saturday, September 24th, McBride Homes will offer $15,000 off the base price for one day only.

The Timbers will feature pricing from the $190’s to $300’s.

The Timbers will offer two villages of single family homes. The Commons features two and three bedroom cottage homes from the $190’s, and The Manors offers 7 various single family home floorplans from the $240’s with up to 2,500 square feet of living space.
