Lions Valley in South County off Union Road Now Open for Information

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, has announced their grand opening of a new community, Lions Valley, located in the heart of South County

The property is located off Forest Dale Drive and Union Road.

The community is set to open in March 27th, 2021, but McBride is taking appointments now so prospects can learn about available floorplans and homesites.

Lions Valley includes 14 single family homes on a private cul-de-sac street.

The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Bayside Series” featuring 7 various ranch and two-story floorplans.
