McBride Continues Grand Opening Promotion at Riverstone in North County

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, just sold 9 homes during the grand opening celebration of its newest community, Riverstone, located in the heart of Florissant.

In celebration of the successful grand opening, McBride announced it will continue its $20,000 off the base price promotion through July 31st.

Pricing is from the $240’s.

“McBride started in North County over 75 years ago so we are excited to develop this new community in Florissant and get back to our roots,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “There is a lot of pent-up demand in the area for new homes and we are thrilled to create a beautiful neighborhood in this prime location off New Halls Ferry Road.”

Riverstone will offer 159 homesites in total once all phases are completed. 55 lots will be available in Phase 1.

The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Bayside Series” featuring 7 various ranch and two-story floorplans.

Riverstone is located off New Halls Ferry Road and Shackleford Road, just minutes from I-270 and I-170.

To visit the community sales center, take Lindbergh to northwest on New Halls Ferry Road. Continue past Hazelwood Central High School to the community entrance on your left just past Shackelford Road.
