McBride Homes Holds Biggest Promotion of the Year to Celebrate Black Friday

Traditionally, the day after Thanksgiving has been the biggest day of the year for retailers. With the holiday hustle and bustle, many consumers flood the stores with their holiday shopping lists for the infamous Black Friday sales.

And normally this is when the real estate season might slow a bit, but this year has been anything but typical. 

With increased housing demand, low inventory and a bustling real estate market, McBride Homes is planning their own Black Friday promotion to keep the momentum going. They’ve even named it “Blue Friday”.

McBride’s focus for their Blue Friday sale this year is to celebrate the announcement that they will be the title sponsor of the 2021 Braggin’ Rights mens basketball game between the University of Illinois and the University of Missouri when it returns to St. Louis in December.

For the Blue Friday sales event, buyers in the month of November will receive a free 85” television via gift card at closing.

Home buyers will also have the opportunity to save $2,000 up to $10,000 off the base price of their new dream home, whether they’re looking for a quick-move market home or wanting to build from scratch. 

And finally, buyers purchasing a new McBride home during the Blue Friday sales event will also receive $5,000 in closing costs.

The Blue Friday Sale is redeemable at any of McBride’s 30+ communities from Monday, November 22nd through Sunday, November 28th. McBride sales centers and displays are open 11am to 6pm Sunday, Monday, and Friday, and 10am to 6pm Saturday, and Tuesday through Thursday.
