Streets Have Been Poured at the Arbors at Summit Community in the Lindbergh School District

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently opened their new Fenton community and sales at The Arbors at Summit are already booming. The community sold 14 of the 22 exclusive homesites since its grand opening, and that was before final grading and development of the site was completed.  

“Streets were just poured last week at The Arbors at Summit and we’ve already sold nearly half of the homesites in the community,” said Eilermann. “You don’t see many new construction homes in the Lindbergh School District so there was a lot of interest and pent-up demand.”

The Arbors at Summit is a small enclave of 22 single family homes located off Summit Drive and Gravois Road, just west of Highway 141.
