McBride Homes Moves to New Headquarters in Chesterfield Valley

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest homebuilder, has moved their corporate headquarters to a new site in Chesterfield Valley. McBride has been in Chesterfield for the past 34 years but after 10 years in their old space along Olive Boulevard, McBride is finding its own new home just a few miles away. 

The new 13,000 square foot office building is located at 17415 North Outer Forty Road.

“The new corporate office headquarters represents another significant milestone as the largest home builder in the area and is a symbol of our long-term focus of the future,” stated John F. Eilermann, CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “This year is the company’s 75th anniversary and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the momentous occasion.”

The new office building features an open floorplan with perimeter offices for the management team, an expansive modern and sleek lobby, oversized conference room with 20ft table featuring a white marbled quartz countertop, state-of-the-art café, break area with putting green and Golden Tee game, wellness room, fitness center, and top-of-the-line technology including televisions with built-in Zoom cameras, new laptops for every employee, and a sound masking system.

“Over this past year, we learned that technology is key to a successful business and the strongest real estate companies will continue to take advantage of the industry’s acceleration toward technology,” said John Eilermann. “We had good systems in place at our old office, but now we have great systems in place for our growing team.”

McBride employs 110 full-time people companywide, including corporate office employees, sales consultants, builders, and laborers.

“We wanted to create a friendly and fun work environment for our employees,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We made sure to include incredible amenities on our campus, including a fitness center with treadmills, rowers, an elliptical, stair climber, weights, and even individual shower rooms for our team. Our new office really offers a creative and healthy working environment.”

The newly completed construction of McBride’s new corporate headquarters sits adjacent to their Design Studio, which opened in 2018.

“Our master plan since we opened our Design Studio was to have our corporate office next door so we could easily shift back and forth between the two buildings,” said Jake Eilermann. “We put a lot of time and energy into this design so we could enhance our operational efficiencies and day-to-day task management.”

Keystone Construction Company was the general contractor for the new office and CI Select spearheaded the technology and furniture designs for the space. Additional subcontractors included Builders Bloc and MR Bathe.

McBride’s new state-of-the-art office cost an estimated $4 million.
