Grand Opening set for new McBride Homes’ community in Bridgeton off Smiley Road

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is excited to announce the grand opening of a new community, The Enclave at Parkwood, located in the heart of Bridgeton.

The community is set celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, July 10th. Pricing will start from the $270’s. For one day only, buyers will receive $15,000 off the base price to celebrate the grand opening.
