McBride Homes Sells 30 Homes since January at Fox Creek, New Fenton Area Community from $350’s

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is already creating a buzz at its newest community in the Fenton area, Fox Creek. The neighborhood has sold 30 homes since its January and shows no signs of slowing down.

The builder also recently released two inventory homes for prospects that need a home in a hurry. The Hickory ranch on homesite 52 features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, painted white cabinetry, and upgraded master bath. The home is offered at $408,284.

On homesite 59 sits a two story Sequoia plan with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This home features a formal living room and dining room, spacious kitchen with painted white cabinetry, and large square island. The home is offered at $451,851.
