McBride Homes set to close on new community in Fenton off Summit Road
January 27, 2021
McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to close on a new piece of property in Fenton located off Summit Road, just west of Gravois Road.
“Our phones have been ringing off the hook since we announced The Arbors at Summit,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “There is a lot of pent-up demand in the area, especially with homes in the Lindbergh School District.”
The new community, The Arbors at Summit, will include 22 single family homes.
“Based on our 75 year history of building in St. Louis, we know when we see a significant opportunity for a knock-out community… and for us, this is it,” said Eilermann. “We are offering several diverse floor plan selections, so there is something here for everyone.”
The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Oakwood Series” featuring 6 various ranch and two-story floorplans.
“The value and location are definitely top-notch, especially being just minutes from the popular Gravois Bluffs shopping area,” said Eilermann. “With the prime Fenton location and with the demand for new housing options in the area, we know this will be a wonderful opportunity for local residents.”
The community is set to open in Spring 2021.
McBride Homes, celebrating 75 years of building, offers homes in over 35 communities in metro St. Louis. McBride is based in Chesterfield and is the largest homebuilder in St. Louis and the state of Missouri with 917 closings in 2020. The company is currently ranked as the 63rd largest overall builder in the country.
