New Community Coming Soon to Warren County

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest multi-village community in Truesdale just outside of Warrenton in the heart of Warren County.

Located off Veterans Memorial and Highway 47, Elkhorn Ridge will have a total of 190 homesites featuring McBride’s Heritage and Bayside Series of homes. 

“We’re very excited to bring new construction to Warren County,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes. “This neighborhood will have something for everyone, featuring two different villages of single family homes to enable a wider selection of floor plans and types of homes.”

The information center will open in Spring 2024.

Elkhorn Ridge will offer two villages of single family homes. The Commons features two and three bedroom cottage homes, and The Manors offers 7 various single family home floorplans with up to 2,500 square feet of living space. 

McBride’s newest community is located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, daily conveniences and major commuter routes, while also being tucked away in a great Warren County location just outside of Warrenton.

McBride will start sales in Spring 2024 and then buyers can personalize their dream home at McBride’s Design Studio, centrally located in Chesterfield Valley. 

“Our 10,000 s.f. Design Studio has created a world-class buying experience for our customers,” said Eilermann. “We’re continually offering new products and selections for our homebuyers, and it’s become an incredibly fun process for our homeowners. It’s truly been a game changer for us.”

The Design Studio currently features more than twelve full size kitchen and bathroom displays, plus hundreds of samples to choose from, giving their buyers the ability to see colors, textures and finishes for their personal selections.

Among the featured selections in the Design Studio include flooring, cabinets, lighting, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and a large exterior gallery. 

To get to Elkhorn Ridge in Warren County, take I-70 to south on Highway 47, left on Veterans Memorial Parkway to just past Heritage Landing.
