New Home Community in Union Opening for Information on February 1st

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest master planned community in Union in the heart of Franklin County on February 1st for information.

Located near Highway 50 and St. Andrews Drive, St. Andrews Meadows will have a total of 152 homesites featuring McBride’s Arbor and Bayside Series of homes. 

“This gorgeous neighborhood will have something for everyone, featuring two different villages of single family homes from the $180s to $300s to enable a wider selection of floor plans and types of homes,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “This truly is a beautiful community and we’re excited to offer new construction homes in the Union area.”

St. Andrews Meadows will offer two villages of single family homes. The Commons features two and three bedroom cottage homes and pricing will start in the $180’s. The Manors offers 7 various single family home floorplans with up to 2,500 square feet of living space and pricing starts in the $220’s. 

St. Andrews Meadows will open for information on February 1st so prospective buyers can learn about available floorplans and homesites. Sales will begin on Saturday, February 18th. For that one day only, buyers will save $10,000 off the base price.

This new home community will be located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, daily conveniences, and major commuter routes including Highway 50 and I-44, while also being tucked away in a great Franklin County location in Union. 

This community also sits adjacent to Veterans Memorial Park.  The 43.8 acre park features a splash park, bathrooms, one (1) rentable pavilion, picnic shelters, three (3) playgrounds, partially-lit walking trail (.9 mile loop), five (5) baseball/softball fields, three (3) soccer fields, concession stands (seasonally), water fountains, dog waste stations and parking lots.

The information center is set to open on February 1st so prospects can discuss the available homesites and floorplans at St. Andrews Meadows with the New Home Sales Consultant onsite. McBride will start sales on February 18th and then buyers can personalize their dream home at McBride’s Design Studio, centrally located in Chesterfield Valley. 

“Our 10,000 s.f. The Design Studio currently features more than twelve full size kitchen and bathroom displays, plus hundreds of samples to choose from, giving their buyers the ability to see colors, textures and finishes for their personal selections. Among the featured selections in the Design Studio include flooring, cabinets, lighting, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and a large exterior gallery. 

To get to St. Andrews Meadows in Union, take I-44 to east on Hwy 50 (exit 247). Turn left on South Outer 50 to left on St. Andrews Drive.
