New Homesites Just Released at Several McBride Communities

Due to a large amount of interest for several McBride communities, the local St. Louis homebuilder has announced the release of additional phases at a handful of communities around the metro St. Louis area.

After a successful first year at Riverstone in the Florissant area, McBride is opening phase 2 this week. The new homesites sit on a private cul-de-sac and offer ingrade and walkout lots. Riverstone features single family homes with pricing from the $250’s to $400’s.

“Riverstone has been a huge draw for North County prospects,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO and President of McBride Homes. “Our displays will be ready in early December so we are excited to unveil the next round of homesites during this excitement.”

McBride is also opening additional homesites at The Timbers in Imperial. After just one year since the grand opening, the builder is releasing the final phase at The Commons. The Timbers offers cottage homes and single family homes from the $230’s to $400’s.

“The Timbers opened to rave reviews last year,” said Eilermann. “There was a lot of pent of demand in the Imperial area for affordable new construction, and McBride is happy to offer incredible homesites, innovative floorplans, and gorgeous views to these homeowners.”

Wildflower in Wentzville also opened a handful of new homesites in their Meadows village with pricing from the $240's. This master planned community features incredible onsite amenities including a sports court, pavilion with picnic tables, fire pit, pickleball courts, and BBQ pits.

“This gorgeous community is located near Wentzville Parkway just off Interstate Drive and Hepperman Road, yet it is tucked away amid trees and beautiful common ground giving you a private and serene feel,” stated Eilermann.  “With our wonderful onsite amenities, gorgeous homesites, and incredible value, this new community will continue to sell fast.”

The final community to open new homesites is Liberty in Foristell. This community offers two villages of single family homes, but the recently released homesites lie in The Manors where pricing begins in the $260’s. There are two new sections of lots available, including one private cul-de-sac street. 

“We had a spectacular summer at Liberty with 11 sales,” said Eilermann. “This has been an A+ location for McBride and we’re excited to open additional homesites for our prospects.”
