New Homesites Unveiled at Imperial New Home Community from the $220’s to $300’s

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open the next phase of homesites at its multi-village community in Imperial in the heart of Jefferson County on Saturday, July 1st. 

Located near Seckman Road and Prairie Hollow Road in Imperial, The Timbers will have a total of 159 homesites featuring McBride’s Arbor and Bayside Series of homes. 

“We knew this was going to be a homerun community, but we didn’t expect to open the next phase so quickly,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We’ve sold 48 homes since we opened last September. The pent up demand for new housing is still strong across the metro area, especially in this Imperial area.”

The Timbers features pricing from the $220’s to $400’s.

The Timbers offers two villages of single family homes. The Commons features two and three bedroom cottage homes from the $220’s, and The Manors offers 7 various single family home floorplans from the $260’s with up to 2,500 square feet of living space.
