New Wentzville master planned community set to open for information in March
February 14, 2023
McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest Wentzville community on Wednesday, March 1st so buyers can learn about upcoming floorplans and homesites.
Located off Wentzville Parkway just south of I-70, Wildflower will have a total of 154 homesites featuring McBride’s Bayside, Oakwood, and Heritage Series of homes. This incredible community will feature 113 homesites in Phase 1, bringing new and modern housing to the Wentzville Area.
“This is a beautiful neighborhood and with great access to just about anything,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We’ve got the right pricing, the right homes, and the right location.”
Development of the site is currently underway. McBride plans to open for information on March 1st and will begin sales on Saturday, March 18th. For that one day only, buyers will save $10,000 off the base price.
“This private neighborhood has something for everyone, featuring three different villages of single family homes to enable a wider selection of floor plans and types of homes,” said Eilermann. “This truly is a destination community and we’re excited to offer some fun amenities that the neighbors will enjoy.”
Onsite amenities will include a community sports court, pavilion with picnic tables, fire pit, pickle ball courts, and BBQ pits.
Wildflower Meadows features the Heritage series with 5 different cottage-style plans, including 3 new plans that McBride unveiled for the first time earlier this year. Pricing ranges from the $230’s to $300’s.
Wildflower Manors features the Bayside series with 7 different plans to choose from including ranch and two story homes. Pricing ranges from the $260’s to over $350,000.
Wildflower Estates offers move-up single family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $300’s to over $450,000.
Wildflower is also within minutes of the Wentzville Crossroads shopping mall, with several surrounding stores and restaurants. The community is minutes from I-70, Highway 40 and the Wentzville Parkway. It’s an incredible location if you’re looking to find a new home within the Wentzville School District.
“This gorgeous community is located just off Wentzville Parkway off Interstate Drive and Hepperman Road, yet it is tucked away amid trees and beautiful common ground giving you a private and serene feel,” stated Eilermann. “With our wonderful onsite amenities, gorgeous homesites, and incredible value, this new community is expected to sell fast.”
To get to Wildflower, take I-70 to south on Wentzville Parkway, right on Veterans Memorial Parkway, south on Hepperman Road to right on Interstate Drive.
