Only 3 Market Homes Remain at McBride’s Crestwood Community

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is down to the final market homes at The Townes at Crestwood Crossing.

"Our Townes at Crestwood Crossing location has experienced remarkable success having completely sold out all of our to-be-built homesites,” expressed Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “And now we’re down to 3 remaining market homes, all available for a quicker move in.”

All 3 remaining market homes are the Avanti 2 story floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 2 – 2.5 bathrooms.

If you’re looking for a home in a hurry, these three inventory homes range in price from $409,900 to $439,900.

The property is located off Watson Road, just east of Sappington Road, at the old Crestwood Mall site.

The 47-acre property was rezoned by the City of Crestwood in 2021 as a mixed-use development for McBride Homes and Dierbergs Markets.
