Polo Grounds Grand Opening in Eureka off Highway 109 and Highway FF

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is excited to announce their newest Eureka community, Polo Grounds. 

The property is located off Highway 109 and Highway FF, minutes from Interstate 44.

“Polo Grounds is going to be unlike anything we’ve ever seen,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “This master planned community of 101 homes will offers a wide range of new floorplans and home styles, plus the onsite amenities are truly incredible.”

McBride will be offering three villages at Polo Grounds with pricing starting in the $290’s during the grand opening when they open for sales on Saturday, October 21st.

For that one day only, buyers will save $30,000 off the base price.

Polo Grounds Manors will feature the Bayside series with 7 different plans to choose from including ranch and two story homes from the $280s. 

Polo Grounds Estates will offer move-up single family homes with larger homesites and 6 various floorplans including ranch, 1.5 story, and two story models from the $320's.

Polo Grounds Enclave will feature McBride’s luxury series of homes, including the popular 1.5 story Pin Oak II plan and the Buckley model. Pricing will start in the $510’s and all homes in the Enclave include a three car garage. Only a handful of these oversized homesites are available.

“Based on our 75 year history of building in St. Louis, we know when we see a significant opportunity for a knock-out community… and for us, this is it,” said Eilermann. “We are offering several diverse floor plan selections so there is something here for everyone.”

Polo Grounds will also feature a barn-style clubhouse from the original polo field with an indoor playground, plus a beautiful lake with fountain. The community is also located within the Rockwood School District.
