Post Farms to Host Display Home Grand Opening October 17.

O’FALLON, MO – McBride Homes, McKelvey Homes, and Fischer & Frichtel will host a Display Home Grand Opening at Post Farms on Saturday, October 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The community-wide event will give prospective homebuyers the opportunity to tour new display homes from all three builders while enjoying family-friendly fall activities such as a face painter, candy apple decorating, pumpkin painting, and a bounce house.

“This Display Grand Opening event at Post Farms offers homebuyers the unique opportunity to explore new homes from three respected builders in one convenient location,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes.

As part of the grand opening event, McBride Homes will debut their new Sequoia display home at Post Farms Enclave. The professionally decorated 2-story, 4-bedroom Sequoia showcases a modern and bright luxury kitchen layout with quartz counters, Aloe tile backsplash butler’s pantry, 9ft ceilings, and a flexible open-concept layout. The master suite features a coffered ceiling, corner soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. McBride’s Carolina display home in Post Farms Meadows will also be open for tours. This cottage-style home features 2 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful kitchen open to the spacious living.

Fischer & Frichtel will be presenting two fully furnished display homes at the Villages at Post Farms. The Waverly is a 1.5-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open-concept kitchen and breakfast area, and a spacious 2-story tall great room, all decorated in modern neutral shades. The Carver is a 2-story floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has been modified to include two massive islands, making this open-concept home perfect for entertaining. Additionally, McKelvey Homes is excited to host the grand opening of their new LaSalle display home.
